LifeBridge Health encourages ongoing employee education and development through a generous educational reimbursement program at all facilities. Both clinical and non-clinical course work may be reimbursed.
Professional Training and Development
Through our Center for Leadership and Professional Development, LifeBridge Health provides management, leadership and professional courses designed to improve performance, increase effectiveness and support opportunities for promotion by building and refining leadership skills, teamwork, collaboration, and communication.

The goal of LifeBridge Workforce Development is to improve retention and advancement of incumbent front line workers by providing resources, coaching and educational support that will enhance their personal and professional development.
For LifeBridge Health employees, our services include assisting with life skills, career coaching and mapping, academic assessments, and access to education and job training programs.
Workforce Development class offerings include:
• Computer literacy
The classes are 10-12 weeks in length, and are offered each Spring and Fall. Workforce Development courses are free for LifeBridge Health employees.
Workforce Development activities are open to all employees. To enroll in our education or job training programs, you must be employed by LifeBridge Health for at least six months and in good standing regarding work performance.
To date, approximately 250 employees have benefitted from the program. Many have either received a promotion or gone on to pursue further education.
