Employee Services

The Employee Services team will be available to answer questions relating to Human Resources. The team is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For all other hours you can leave a detailed message with your questions or send an e-mail and Employee Services will begin working on your issue.

Help Desk

The HelpDesk is a central area, located on the Sinai Campus, that is staffed with specially trained technicians to quickly triage/track your call. You can call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The HelpDesk is manned Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The computer room operators cover the remaining hours. There is always a HelpDesk technician on call for any after hour emergency.
