Sunil Rajani, MD is the medical director at Courtland Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, formerly Jewish Convalescent & Nursing Home, and his office is right here on site. His responsibilities include overseeing the medical care at our center and continuing the excellence that our residents have come to expect.
Courtland Gardens is one of the few long-term care centers that has a full time physician in the building. Dr. Rajani sees our residents. He also works with primary care doctors, if residents decide to continue being treated by them.
Courtland Gardens also has nurse practitioners, who are permanent members of our staff.
Dr. Rajani was the assistant medical director at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. He is an internist, fellowship-trained geriatrician and a certified medical director through the American Medical Directors Association.
