Under limited supervision, performs short-term assignments to facilitate patient throughput, provide short-term critical care monitoring, assist with admitting patients, and serves as a resource and leader for other members of the patient care team.
Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field; 1-3 years experience; Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act; Critical thinking skills; Medical equipment; Microsoft Office Suite; Cerner; Synquest; Maryland Registered Nurse License; American Heart Association CPR Certification; ACLS.
