Provides safe, age-appropriate patient care, and function as advisor, resource, preceptor and leader for other members of the patient care team.
Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. Bachelor's of Nursing, preferred. Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association CPR Certification required. One to three (1-3) years of experience. Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Cerner; Synquest; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act; Critical thinking skills; Medical equipment.
