Assists Manager with the day to day operations. Directs the work of employees to ensure high quality standards of operation and compliance with Aramark, client, government and accrediting agency standards and regulations.

Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent; 3-5 years; Critical thinking skills.
