Under limited supervision manages all aspects of a wide variety of information system and/or telecommunication projects; is responsible for project planning, budgeting, project management including project budget management; works collaboratively with management of all areas of IS and Telecommunications to coordinate application, infrastructure, desktop, training, go-live and ongoing support for discrete projects; works regularly and independently with clinical and business customers, vendor, LBH support staff (e.g. OE and ERC) as well as IS and Telecommunications staff.

Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; Information Technology; Mathematics; Clinical Area (e.g. Nursing, Medical Technologist, Pharmacist); Business Area (e.g. Accounting, Finance); 5-7 years experience; Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Project; Medical Terminology; Medical Equipment; At least 5 years working in Information Systems or Telecommunications Project management experience for at least 2 complex projects Demonstrated conceptual understanding of all areas of information technology including networks, servers, desktops, operating systems and applications. Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm.
