Provides non-clinical instruction, skills enrichment, and support to new nurse graduates participating in the Project Connect program. Proactively works with program participants to ensure a smooth transition from student to working professional. The position will provide support to new nurse graduates across the LifeBridge System.

Requirements:  Bachelor's degree; with 1-3 years of experience in counseling, education, social work, or human resources. a successful history of coaching or counseling, and group management experience preferred. Firm knowledge of adult learning principles is necessary.  Hospital/academic experience is preferred.  Position requires strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation software. Critical thinking skills and experience with presentation skills using a variety of methods are highly preferred.
