- High school diploma or equivalent is required
On a 24-hour basis, provides hospital-wide telephone service, paging, emergency response and answering service support to the LifeBridge Health systems. Acts as a liaison for patients, families, physicians and staff members as necessary to facilitate positive customer service. Accurately receives, documents and relays message for physicians, administrators, all on-call personnel and staff members.
Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent. One to three years of experience. Basic computer skills; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Critical thinking skills.
Must be able to begin schedule at 3:00pm
