Under limited supervision, acts as the Owners representative for assigned projects. Monitors and enforces the policies and procedures in place for the department and the hospital. Participates in assigned projects from concept, design, construction and project close-out. Works in partnership with other staff members and physicians, and pro-actively identifies and provides for the customers using the LifeBridge Health customer service standards on each campus.
Salary is predominantly reimbursed by capital dollars.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Five to Seven (5-7) years of experience. Architecture, engineering or Building Technologies.
