- Associate's Degree required
Coordinates the customer service activities provided to LBH patients by Customer Service Representatives while performing customer service, self pay collections, collection agency placement screening and charity care processing.
Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. GTE, Medipac, Cerner, IDX. Must have recent experience in customer/patient relations in a hospital or multi-physician practice handling billing inquiries. One to three years of experience.
