- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
Meisel 2 is a 20-bed adult and geriatric medical-psychiatric unit. This locked unit provides dementia care, medication titration, and care of the general psychiatric needs of the patient. The interdisciplinary team consists of physicians, nurses, certified geriatric nursing assistants, respiratory therapists, social workers, recreation therapists, speech language pathologist, physical therapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists, physician assistants, clinical nurse specialists and a chaplain. This position requires a pharmacology exam which can be taken Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 3:30pm.
