- Associate's Degree is preferred
Administers therapeutic gases, ventilatory support, and various treatments, critical interventions, and
procedures such as chest physiotherapy, intubation, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, etc. Provides patient assessment, monitors treatment, collaborates, and documents data pertinent to patient's care and condition.
Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. Respiratory Care. CPR Certification; Maryland RCP License; NBRC RRT; ACLS PALS; Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite; Synquest; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act; Critical thinking skills; Medical equipment. Less than one year of experience.
