- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
Under moderate supervision, coordinates care and performs direct care for an assigned group of patients. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Works in partnership with other staff members and proactively identifies and provides for the customer's needs using the "10 Customer Basics.
Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. Bachelor's of Nursing, preferred. One to three (1-3) years of experience. Maryland Registered Nurse License; CPR Certification; ACLS required and PALS preferred. Rotate days, evenings, nights as needed. Required to take call. Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Cerner; Synquest; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act; Critical thinking skills; Medical equipment.
