- Associate's Degree required
Under moderate supervision, coordinates care and performs direct care for an assigned group of patients. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Works in partnership with other staff members and proactively identifies and provides for the customer's needs using the 10 Customer Basics.
Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field; Bachelor's of Nursing Preferred; Maryland Registered Nurse License, CPR Certification, ACLS- required, PALS- preferred; Microsoft Office Suite, Basic computer skills, Cerner, Synquest, Standard Office Equipment, Medical terminology, Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act, Critical thinking skills, Medical equipment. One to three years of experience. May work four 10 hour days, two 8 hour days, or three 12 hour days (with one 4 hour shift for lunch relief). Required to take call.
