Job Details: |
Under moderate supervision from a Licensed Physical Therapist, assists with rehabilitation of patients and administers routine physical therapy modalities and treatments as approved by the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Age groups served may include neonate through geriatric, but will vary depending on specific assignment. Requirements: Associate Degree in Physical Therapy or completion of equivalent certified course. Licensed as Physical Therapy Assistant by the Maryland Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Must have completed CPR Healthcare Provider or CPR for the Professional Rescuer Course.
