- Bachelor's Degree is required
Under general supervision, records medication orders, dispenses medications and specialty products,oversees support staff, and provides drug information to patients, physicians, nurses, and other team members.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; Bachelor�s Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. Registered Pharmacist in Maryland, Professional membership recommended: AphA, ASHP, MSHP, ASCP; Standard pharmacy equipment, Basic computer skills, Medication packaging equipment, IV laminar flow hood. Less than one year of experience.
