Responsible for dispensing medication and monitoring drug therapies, as well as, direct pharmacy personnel, and providing drug information to patients, physicians, nurses, and other team members.
Requirement: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline; Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.), Registered Pharmacist in Maryland, Professional membership recommended: AphA, ASHP, MSHP, ASCP, etc. Standard pharmacy equipment, Basic computer skills, Medication packaging equipment, IV laminar flow hood. Zero hour (per diem) pharmacist to work mainly evening and weekend hours.
