Oversees new internship program (Project Connect) for new nurse graduates in conjunction with the program coordinator and other program support staff. This position is entity-based.

Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.  Three to five years experience as a registered nurse. Program leader or project coordinator experience required. Candidate should be organized, flexible, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills a must.  May have specialty certification, not required; Maryland Registered Nurse License; CPR Certification.  Microsoft Office Suite, Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act, Critical thinking skills, Medical equipment, Scheduling and coordinating classes and equipment, Basic computer skills, Cerner, Synquest, Standard Office Equipment, Medical terminology.
