The Nurse Manager of General Surgery and Oncology assumes twenty-four hour (24) accountability for the coordination of resources to ensure quality service to all customers, reflecting the mission, vision, and philosophy of Northwest Hospital Center and the Department of Nursing. 

Requirements: BSN/BS (in related field) required. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Licensed RN in the State of Maryland. Five years progressive nursing experience in specified field with preference for demonstrated progression in supervisory responsibilities. Credential in area of expertise preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.
