Manage the day to day operations of an assigned Neighborhood to assure that the quality of life experience of the Residents are met/maintained on an individual basis.

Requirements: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline; Ideal candidate will be a flexible team player, have the ability to impact change, have strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Position includes exciting work with culture change working directly with staff to improve the quality of life for residents.  3-5 yrs in a Nursing Home or LTC facility, 3-5 yrs management experience.
