Responsible for analyzing data related to various indicators/measurements and identifies opportunities for improvement. Works in collaboration to facilitate/support performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.  Degree in Health Information Management Preferred.  RHIA or RHIT preferred; Training and educational experience preferred, ACCESS Knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite, Basic computer skills, Cerner, Synquest, Standard Office Equipment, Medical terminology, Critical thinking skills, Experience in statistical reporting preferred.  Three to five years of experience.
