The position of a Fitness Specialist is one which is highly interactive with members. The emphasis of this position is to provide quality service to each member, increase member retention, and meet the challenging needs of the members. A Fitness Specialist is a highly trained individual who possesses and displays high energy. The Fitness Specialist must have a genuine concern for each member and aggressively assist the member in attaining their goals.
