Under limited supervision, develops and implements educational programs for LBH staff. Evaluates and revises orientation, continuing education, and inservice training based on identified needs, policies and procedures, and current best practices. Provides guidance and oversight to education specialists.
Requirements: Seasoned professional knowledge;knowledge in more than one discipline; Master's degree in nursing or continuing education required; Microsoft Office Suite, Basic computer skills, Cerner, Synquest, Standard Office Equipment, Medical terminology, Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act, Critical thinking skills, Medical equipment, Presentation skills using various methods, Ability to demonstrate and validate many skills, Group discussion/facilitation/leadership; Maryland Registered Nurse License, CPR Certification, May have certification in area of specialty, not req.
RN with experience in Women's and Children's services, such as Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, PEDs, NICU , PICU; Teaching experience required; Creative, energetic, flexible, team player, able to function and produce in busy and dynamic environment. Three to five years of experience.
