- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Under limited supervision, interacts with the Campus Services Department. Responsible for setting up and managing a Document Control process for multi -million dollar Capital Improvement Construction Projects that incorporate the use of Project Tracking System, Project Mate System, Document retrieval System, a complex paper based workflow, filing and archiving process. Experience with Construction environment required.
Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent, Microsoft Office Suite, Basic computer skills, Standard Office Equipment, Critical thinking skills, Lawson. One to three years of experience.
