Directs the maintenance, plant engineering, and housekeeping of building(s), grounds and equipment, acting in an advisory capacity to the administration and Capital Improvements division when changes in the existing structure or systems are planned or additions to the physical plant are proposed. Supervises emergency and major repair work and regularly inspects the hiospital buildings and equipment.  Supervises patient transportation, and maintains daily oversight of clinical engineering and security operations.

Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; BS Business Administration and Management or equivilant degree in related field.  Microsoft Office Suite, Basic computer skills, Standard Office Equipment, Medical terminology, Critical thinking skills, Medical equipment, Building Codes and regulations, JCAHO EOC standards.  Five to seven years of experience.
