- Bachelor's Degree is required
Manages the planning and programming process for capital improvements to include but not limited to planning space renovation and new construction projects. Initiates project scopes and analysis of needs; and negotiates and administers contracts with consultants. Assists Vice President in the planning, programming and management of the Capital program, attending and assisting with presentations. Coordinates and functions as a liaison with supervisors on the daily operations of the Facilities HELP line, Audio Visual, CSIS, Drawbase and Administrative departments and the community. Works in partnership with other staff members and physicians; and proactively identifies and provides for the customers� needs using the LifeBridge Health customer services standards as identified on each campus. Maintains the drawing vault.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; Bachelor�s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Planning or related field desired. 7 plus years experience in Planning, Programming, Space Utilization, design or construction, design and construction. Professional Registration preferred. Microsoft Office Suite, Basic computer skills, Cerner, Standard Office Equipment, Medical terminology, Critical thinking skills, Architectural Systems, Structural Systems, Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems. Seven or more years of experience.
