- Associate's Degree is preferred
Under direct supervision of physician, performs a variety of clinical responsibilities to assist in the examination and treatment of patients. Performs other functions to support Hospital and departmental requirements. Works proactively and in partnership with other staff contributing to effective operations. Delivers service in conjunction with the Hospital's customer service standards and expectations.
Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field; Graduate of accredited practical nursing program or medical assistant curriculum or equivalent. Less than one year of experience. CPR Certification; Medical terminology; Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite; Standard Office Equipment.
