The Clinical Leader functions under the direction of the Nurse Manager and is a recognized leader in the assigned department. Assumes accountability for the process and outcome of care for patients while being responsible for assessing the health care needs of individuals or groups and for the implementation and evaluation of a formulated plan of care.

Requirements: The clinical leader position requires 18 months experience within the specialty area/discipline as well as a Maryland RN license and CPR Certification. Excellent customer service skills required.
