- Associate's Degree is preferred
Administers therapeutic gases, ventilatory support, and various treatments, critical interventions, and procedures such as chest physiotherapy, intubation, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, etc. Provides patient assessment, monitors treatment, collaborates, and documents data pertinent to patient's care and condition.
Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field; Respiratory Care. Maryland RCP Licensure; CPR Certification; ACLS PALS; NBRC CRT. Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act; Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite;Cerner;Synquest; Standard Office Equipment;Medical terminology;Critical thinking skills;Medical equipment. Less than one year of experience.�
