Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field; Two (2) years coding experience in an acute hospital setting. Certified Professional Coder. Basic computer skills; Medical terminology; One to three (1-3) years of experience.
