Provides leadership and guidance to the therapy team in the Acute and Outpatient areas. Models the skills and abilities of a therapist. Provides professional care in accordance with AOTA standards and Maryland State Board of Examiners scope of practice.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Occupational Therapy. CPR Certification; Maryland OT Licensure; Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite; Cerner; IDX; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Critical thinking skills; Medical equipment. Three to five years of experience.
