To maintain kitchen and equipment in a sanitary manner and acceptable to all regulatory agencies concerned with the operation of the Dietetic Services Department.

Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and write English and follow verbal and written instructions. Will consider students. Experience or prior work in a kitchen setting helpful, but will train.
