Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse I & II)
Provide direct nursing care in performing the full range of skilled nursing functions and delegated medical functions intended to achieve optimum clinical outcomes for assigned patients; assess patient conditions and changes in condition; develop, update, and implement nursing plan of care for patients, including patients and patients’ families in planning care, setting goals, and establishing priorities; prepare documentation of care (including care for discharge and/or transfer) in accordance with defined guidelines and standards; work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary health care team to optimize performance; promote improvement in unit process and cost-effective use of resources; analyze data to make appropriate judgments regarding patient care; and perform other related duties as assigned.
Salary: Starting at $21.94 per hour; actual salary depends on experience.
Hours: 40/hr/wk; rotating day/night 8-12 hour shifts; Overtime may be required
Minimum Req’s: Appropriate Nursing education (A.A, Diploma in Nursing or BSN; eligibility for Registered Nurse Licensure in Maryland
